Kelly has been with BAE Systems and their legacy companies for 25 years. He is an Occupational Health Nurse, a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist, a Certified Workers’ Compensation Claims Professional, and a “Special Government Employee” through the OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). He retired from the United States Navy (Reserves) in 2006 and resides in San Diego with his wife Patty. He has two college age sons…who are amazing students and baseball players!
