Mr. Kalaita is a competent fall expert with extensive knowledge in fall systems, components and how these systems work. He also has a strong back ground in bringing fall, confined space and rescue system solutions to end users and their complex applications. Mr. Kalaita been in fall protection for 10 years and has been with 3M for the past 3 years. In this course, he will be presenting fall awareness including the basics of fall protection programs and equipment. Students will have the opportunity to discuss their own specific end-user needs and applications on a case by case basis. Samples of various types of fall protection devices will be also demonstrated during the training program.
