Mr. Kelaita is a qualified competent fall expert with the 3M Personal Safety Division. He has been in fall protection for 10 years and have been with 3M for 3 years. Mr. Kelaita has extensive knowledge in fall systems, components and how these systems work. He also has a strong background in bringing fall, confined space and rescue system solutions to end users and their complex applications. In his fall protection training programs, Mr. Kelaita discusses and reviews specific end user applications with students on a case by case basis.
