Dick is an extremely well respected member of the Southern California safety community. He began his safety career as a Bio-Environmental Engineer in the United States Air Force almost 40 years ago. Dick then went on to work for Cal/OSHA for over 32 years. In this capacity he was in charge of regulatory compliance and code enforcement in the greater South Bay area of Los Angeles. Most recently Dick has run a very successful safety & environmental consulting company in which he helps business stay in compliance with OSHA. Dick is also the lead instructor for the OSHA Training Center at Chabot- Las Positas Community College District in the Southern California.
