OSHA 7405 – Fall Hazard Awareness (2 total meetings)

This course covers the identification, evaluation, prevention and control of fall hazards in the construction industry. Course topics include identifying, analyzing, and preventing fall hazards utilizing OSHA’s Fall Protection Standards. This course meets the Training Requirements for Fall Protection 1926.503(a) (1).

 

Targeted Audience:
Individuals responsible for overseeing safety in industries such as: Construction, Manufacturing, and Maritime.

  1. Identify factors that contribute to common fall hazards
  2. Explain how to analyze work areas for fall hazards
  3. Discuss hierarchy of controls for fall hazards
  4. Describe OSHA regulations and resources addressing fall protection.
